Prosper offers fixed rate, "fully amortizing"**, unsecured loans from $2,000 to $35,000. Different loan terms are available depending upon your credit history, income, loan amount, and other factors.
Will applying for a Prosper Loan affect my credit score?
Applying for a Prosper Loan will not affect your credit score unless you choose to take a loan. If you do not receive a loan, there will be no effect on your credit score.
What are the fees for getting a Prosper Loan?
There are no fees for applying for a Prosper Loan. A closing fee between 1.95% and 4.95% of your loan amount will be charged only when your loan is funded and money is transferred to you. There are no fees for paying off your loan early or for making partial prepayments.
How long does the borrowing process take?
The average borrower has the loan proceeds deposited into their bank account within 8 days of submitting their application.
