Issue 1075: provide "How to contribute" documentation

grml.github.com exists and is supposed to give some starting points, it's integrated at grml.org through the "fork" button so I think we can close this issue, thanks for pinging :) regards, Mika

Alright, I wrote http://grml.github.com/ - now we just have to think about ways how to promote that through our channels....

We need documentation how to contribute to Grml (WRT patches, github, existing policies,...), which should be available on the grml.org homepage then. It could be based on what we've in e.g.: http://git.grml.org/?p=grml-documentation.git;a=summary http://git.grml.org/?p=grml-policy.git;a=summary (and once that's done drop grml-policy).
