As we're moving grml2hd to a semi-supported state, this is no longer worth it.

Actually the SW-RAID/LVM support should be no-brainers, otherwise it's not really worth the effort. But we should check out what can be done nowadays and then document the according workflow (if not done already).

Should be nowadays simple with grub2. Just remove the detection and everything should be fine. Do we want to support this?

The "root=md0" in grub configuration seems to cause the problem, needs further investigation.

I personally don't want to work on this feature, so I'll add an check for $SWRAID to grml2hd which disables the bootmanager dialog then, keeping the release-stopper keyword until this check is implemented.

The grub code within grml2hd does not yet support installation on SW-RAID devices.
