After discussion at Grml BSP this options provide what users need to get Grml specific stuff, so considering this issue as resolved.
The --grmlrepos option and GRMLREPOS='yes' config option allow enabling the Grml repository and therefore selecting grml-specific packages like grml-scripts-core and grml-etc-core. Do we need anything else?
We could implement this by adding grml repository to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ grml.list and installing grml-etc-core package.
Like grml-debootstrap installs a plain Debian it would be nice to get a grml system using a debootstrap mechanism.
