There don't exist any working kernel patches (for recent kernel versions). I'll
tag the bugreport as wont-fix. Either someone else provides a working patch or
it find its way to mainline....

Update: looks like it's working with 2.6.21 again according to http://
www.projectiwear.org/~plasmahh/orinoco.html

| This is just an upgrade to the changes of 2.6.21

So we should check it out with 2.6.22....

Looks like orinoco_cs lost support for monitor mode due to changes in driver
API, see: http://www.projectiwear.org/~plasmahh/orinoco.html

Workaround is using hostap_cs instead if possible. I could not find any other
possible solution, sorry - deferring the bug therefore.

See bugreport via mail by Hans Klausmann, looks like orinoco driver (e.g. for
RTL8180 card) does not provide monitor mode. Make sure it's present.
