This is known to be fine for the 2012.05-rc1 release, therefore closing this issue.

Verified, thanks!

The problem is that grml2usb didn't adjust the Grub configuration files
accordingly. grml96 is generated by grml2iso, which itself uses grml2usb to
build the ISO, that's why this issue is showing up in the official grml96 ISO.

grml2usb v0.11.5 is known to fix this issue, but to make sure the new release
really doesn't suffer from this bug I'm keeping it as release-stopper with
status "testing" open for now.

In the grml96 ISO, /boot/grub/grml64* contain "live-media-path=/live/grml32/" -
shouldn't that read "live-media-path=/live/grml64/"? It did for versions prior
to 2011.12
