Hi,

thanks for reporting. Looks like the memdisk feature in live-boot code broke
then. In the meanwhile you can use grml-rescueboot instead, which basically
provides the same features as grub-imageboot.

I tried to run the bootable iso image grml64-full_2014.11.iso (using grub-imageboot)
but it doesn't install properly, starting busybox instead:

Same as issue1323 using grub-imageboot 2014.10-rc1.
No such issue using grml64-full_2014.03.iso, it runs properly.
