Workaround: 'dpkg-reconfigure ingerman' and select 'british' or any other
installed language package.

Bugreport by Tong Sun:

##########################################################################
Package: emacs
Version: 21.4a+1-2
Severity: important

I boot grml with 'lang=us', and I get the following as my locale:

 LANG=en_US.iso885915, LC_CTYPE=en_US.iso885915 (charmap=ISO-8859-15)

Yet, when I enable flyspell-mode, I get:

 Loading flyspell...done
 (Next local Ispell command will use german-new8 dictionary) [2 times]

I.e., the spell check language is german, instead of en_US.

Test environment: grml 0.9

-- System Information:
Debian Release: 4.0
Architecture: i386 (i686)
Shell:  /bin/sh linked to /UNIONFS/bin/bash
Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-grml
Locale: LANG=en_US.iso885915, LC_CTYPE=en_US.iso885915 (charmap=ISO-8859-15)
