Fixed with latest grml2usb as it uses the same menu entries as the live cd (at least when using syslinux as bootloader)

Feature requested extracted from grml-wiki: \| it'll be real great if usb instal also put qemu on the usb, so that the usb \| can 'boot' from windows using qemu
