I can't reproduce this issue neither with current grml-debootstrap nor with a
grml2hd installation of a current grml-medium daily ISO, so closing this
bugreport therefore. Please feel free to reopen this bugreport if you encounter
any further issues.

thx && regards,

Bugreport by Dirk Homan (thanks!):

After installing grml through grml2hd, with both the 32-bit
version in vmware as the 64-bit version on my own pc, when I boot
into my new system and apt-get update / apt-get (dist-)upgrade, on
the next boot grub is a tad broken.

With broken I mean that I just get the message: GRUB, the end.
No prompt or anything, just that text.

I fixed it by booting the grml cd, launching grub and typing root
(hd0,0) and setup (hd0), I take it you know the procedure.

I am talking about the normal grml_2008.11 and grml64_2008.11.
