I've reworked the way linux-headers are used in grml and can't reproduce the 
problem on grml 2009.05-rc1 (which is expected to hit the mirrors soon), so I'm 
closing this bugreport now. Feel free to reopen this bug if you notice any 
problems.

But I think I'm go back to grml < 2008.11 or I try to compile the grml kernel
new for me.

I'm use grml on a usb-stick and for a longer Time. And in the future i need
compile anything on grml self.

Not installation is the problem, building seems to be the problem.

Well, the supported ndwiswrapper version is the one provided by the official 
release. Which version (and where did you download it from) are you talking 
about?

I need the new ndiswrapper modul. But all i do it failed.

apt-get update
m-a auto-install ndiswrapper
 ends with errors

cd /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.26-grml
make all headers_check
 give error

on grml 1.0 work all perfect.
