Closing it for now.
grml2ram already prints a message and it should be obvious that after startup you
can remove the cdrom.
If we really want to do this we should try to get this upstream.
JFYI: I've to think about and spot possible consequences if a user needs e.g.
scripts from device even though he just used the toram=grml.squashfs feature
which doesn't copy the whole media to RAM but just the live system.
