Closing it for now. 
grml2ram already prints a message and it should be obvious that after startup you 
can remove the cdrom.

If we really want to do this we should try to get this upstream.

JFYI: I've to think about and spot possible consequences if a user needs e.g. 
scripts from device even though he just used the toram=grml.squashfs feature 
which doesn't copy the whole media to RAM but just the live system.

Would be nice to have a message which tells user that he can remove the boot 
media then when booting with 'grml to RAM'.

Es wäre schön, eine Meldung nach dem 'grml to RAM' zu bekommen, die noch einmal 
darauf hinweist, daß man das Bootmedium nun entfernen kann.
