Reduced boottime with help of Ulrich about ~10 seconds (see http://grml.org/tmp/ bootchart2.png), closing this issue therefore.

I've done some research why booting takes longer than I wish it would (done in kvm and definitely not under perfect conditions, anyway - needs to be improved): http://grml.org/tmp/bootchart.png We have to investigate on that, there seems to be plenty of room for improvements.
