I believe that your current tracker (BitTornado) can listen on v6, but doesn't do so by default. It needs the commandline option '--ipv6_enabled 1'.
Can you suggest a commandline torrent tracker that is able to listen on v6? Preferably one that is packaged in Debian already. ;)
$ host grml.deb.at. grml.deb.at has address 86.59.118.153 grml.deb.at has IPv6 address 2001:858:2:2::2 But trying to connect to the IPv6 address on port 6969 gives "Connection refused".
