I'm sorry but there was no action for a year and lacking according knowledge WRT
torrent distribution I'm afraid I can't do much about it. So marking as dead
until someone comes up with something which would help us in getting this issue
resolved.

While it's certainly possible to create such torrent files (even when no tool can
do this out-of-the-box), we'd also need to find a torrent client that's able to
seed a multi-file torrent while not looking in a subdirectory.
I fear that no currently available client can do this.

Issue is that we would need a tool that can create such a torrent file, most
preferably without the need to put the files into a subdirectory

Right now the torrent files only includes the .iso file. For me it would be
useful to also include the .sha1.asc file. This would lower the threshold to
check the download integrity, which is a Good Thing(tm). Perhaps for the next
release?
