This bug is solved as the daily seems to work nowadays. As the puppet thing is 
another issue i am closing this issue for now.

Seems to be caused by puppet* pulling in sysvrc. Fixed for experimental (see 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=625638 for details), supposed 
to be fixed once the new puppet version is available in unstable.

Hm, do we want to add a check WRT file-rc<->sysvrc to the end of the 
installation process so file-rc is automatically pulled in after all packages 
have been requested for installation so we make sure we always get file-rc?

Looks like sysv-rc is used instead of our trusted file-rc.
This only affects the dailies, so delaying until after the release.

In grml64 daily sid builds starting with at least May 19 (not sure about before
that), the bootup process runs pretty much every init script that grml comes
with.  It never gets to finish it (at least in my testing), because after a few
minutes of booting up, some script goes into a restarting loop and init decides
to wait 5 minutes before attempting to start it again.  I can systematically
reproduce it on different systems, regardless of boot media.
