Thanks for reporting that. I'm aware that snd-bt-sco is missing but
did not find the time to migrate bt-audio to the new bluez-utils
yet.

According to http://wiki.bluez.org/wiki/HOWTO/AudioDevices the
btsco stuff should be deprecated nowadays (and the kernel module
just didn't compile for 2.6.23, that's why it's missing in grml
1.1-rc1 anyway). I've to take a closer look at that. If you find
the time to test the stuff from above webpage and if it works for
you please let me know, thanks!
