I suggest the inclusion of the keyboard focussed and XULRunner based
webbrowser conkeror and its helper package conkeror-spawn-process-helper.
It has been featured in grml before (while it was still a Firefox
extension) as an alias to "firefox -chrome ...".

Conkeror is available in Debian (Lenny, Squeeze, Sid), but I suggest
to wait with the inclusion until the next upload (0.9~git090617-1 or
higher) since the current package (0.9~git090223-1) misses sessions
support.

IMHO it fits perfectly into grml's idea of a keyboard focussed
distribution, way better than Firefox (except with vimperator plugin
;-).
