I assume this is syslinux 3:4.05+dfsg-6+deb7u3.
Very strange, even the official syslinux documentation
says "Keywords are case insensitive" so I absolutely don't
understand why it's failing for you.
Alright, since we at least know how to fix your issue let's apply
