No, tinypeap.org has nothing in common with tinypeap.com (which is a
domain grabbed by sedo.com).

Anyway, to grab upstream sources the right keyword for finding a
present mirror is WPA_Passive_Dictionary_Attack_Overview.pdf and the
only way to access the old webpages is stuff like archive.org.

As aircrack-ng has a "-w <words>" option as well and attacker isn't
maintained upstream anymore I'll remove attacker from grml at all.
