I impoved it and set a symlink from grml-config to grml-config-root.

In the past we forgot some old code parts (see http://git.io/v-RdRw ).
I pushed a full clean up commit to the git-repo for "grml-scripts" (see 
http://git.io/wBzY0g ).
I hope we will merge it soon.

When testing 2013.09-rc1 I started grml-config which allows me to choose between 
root and user scripts. When choosing "user" script grml-config-user is executed 
but not available (I think it was removed 2012). So it results in an error 
message.
