Has been fixed with upload of:

grml-saveconfig (0.2.4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added support for option '-grmlhome': store hidden files from
    $HOME of user grml [use as user root].
    [Closes: issue204]
  * Rewrote some code parts, added grml-etc-core, grml-shlib, grml-scripts
    to Depends.

Bugreport by Tong Sun:

As for the mozilla files, I found that it depends on which user you run
save-config on. Previoulsy it was on root. Having running 'save-config -home'
as grml, I get all the files from grml home saved.

Please clarrify this in the doc. Or, since grml currently only support one
config.tbz, change the script so that if run by root, save all home file from
all users...
