Removal inside grml2hd isn't possible because package linux-libc-dev has to be 
installed. Therefore work around this problem by improving the description of 
the linux-kernel-headers-grml package.

linux-kernel-headers-grml is not needed on hd-installations and seems to unsure 
users about its purpose -> remove it during grml2hd
