JFYI: I won't use the behaviour introduced by the patch by default because we 
break our look'n'feel by this change. But I integrated the configuration so if 
you want to get it you just have to de-/activate the according lines in /etc/
grml/screenrc*. Updated package providing the changes will be uploaded soon.
