one more thing: grml-network should also at least recommend (and actually should
 depend on) the package "vpnc" as grml-vpnc-tugraz obviously needs it.

The subject tells it all. grml-vpnc-tug is using "dialog", therefore
grml-network should depend it.

(i.e. grml-vpnc-tug is not runnable on a standard installation of Ubuntu Gutsy
Gibbon (7.10) which does not have dialog installed although it may not be
supported by grml.)
