As I 'just' realized, grml's main color's yellow not red!!!1! (o;
Hence I changed the background colors for the top and bottom bars of
ncurses to yellow. Which were red in the first place.
But because I personally like the red color scheme better, there are
diffs for both versions attached. Just tell me which one's
preferred. (Note: For comparison, have a look at the screenshots[1].)

I further split the way too large first diff into smaller ones.
Hence it's easier to see what's changed or to just include several
diffs.

Note that the aforementioned (empty) directories[2] still have to be
created manually.

---------------
P.S.: After a decision regarding the color of the bars - hence yellow
or red - was made, other texttools will follow. (e.g. cmus, mutt,
mcabber, etc.) I just don't want to have to provide two different
color scheme with each of them.

Based on the devel ML entry regarding unique color schemes for grml's
most used console tools[1], I provide a config for newsbeuter.

Some settings need directories to exits, but Mercurial doesn't
support to create empty ones[2].
Hence someone in charge has to create the following ones within
/etc/skel/.newsbeuter

  - saved_articles
  - podcasts -- though optional, since that setting is commented out
