Could be. Probably yes. It also depends on how we wanna go further with our 
isolinux configuration as its a little bit weird imho that console.cfg 
includes at last vesamenu.cfg and not hidden.cfg (why is there hidden.cfg 
anyway? we could always define the menus in grml.cfg

Shouldn't templates/boot/isolinux/default.cfg be the appropriate
place?

I am not sure, but we could probably add this to grmlmain.cfg or any other 
grml specific configuration file as it should have no influence to the menu or 
to be more specific: as in we set the default menu entry explicit later this 
entry would override the existing declaration.
